We check identity, facts and real affiliation, never theology. Here's exactly what the badge says, and what it doesn't.
Two facts, checked by a person
We confirmed this account really belongs to the person or organisation it says it does. When you see the tick after a name, you've found the real voice.
The creator has signed a statement of faith in their own name, and at least one of their stated connections has been confirmed as fact:
- A church or denomination confirms the connection
- A label or management company confirms representation
- A registered ministry confirms its status
- Two existing verified members vouch for them
We record facts. We never grade anyone's theology.
Verification records identity, affiliation and attestation, nothing more. The badge is not an endorsement of a creator's content, and it is not a judgement on their doctrine. Where a creator chooses to share their tradition or denomination, we display it as they state it; we don't rank it, score it, or arbitrate it.
Three steps, no mystery
Request verification from your Studio settings and tell us how we can confirm it's really you, an official domain, a linked social account, or another piece of evidence.
The Rejoice team reviews every request. If we need more information, we'll ask before deciding.
If the badge is granted, it appears on your public page. If it's declined, we tell you why, and you can appeal.
Verification is separate from claiming a page. Claiming proves you can manage the page; verification is the reviewed badge shown to everyone.
A narrow conduct policy
Verified members agree to our community guidelines: no hate, no fraud, no explicit content. The badge can be removed for breaking those guidelines, or for running paid promotion without disclosing it. That's the whole list , conduct is about honesty and safety, never about doctrine.
Every decision can be appealed
If your badge is declined or removed, we always tell you why. To appeal, reply to the decision email or write to verification@rejoice.global. A member of the Rejoice team reads and reviews every appeal personally, no automated decisions, and we aim to reply within two working days.
