Privacy Policy
Last updated September 29, 2026
Rejoice is a technology partner for mission-driven organizations. This policy explains what we collect through rejoice.global and how we use it. The short version: this site has no accounts, no payments, and no advertising, and we collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us.
What we collect
When you submit the form on our Partner page, we collect what you enter: your name, your organization, your work email, and optionally your website, area of interest, timing, and message. We use it to read your enquiry, reply to you, and follow up on the conversation you started. We do not add you to a marketing list.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs. We also use IP addresses briefly to rate-limit form submissions and prevent abuse. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this site.
How your information is stored
Enquiries are stored in our database, hosted in the United States. If you submit an enquiry, we may send you a confirmation email and notify our team by email; we keep a record of those sends. We retain enquiries for as long as they are relevant to a real or potential working relationship, and we delete them on request.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this site: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for our database, Resend for transactional email, and Google Fonts for typefaces, which means font files load from Google's servers when you visit. If you book a call through our Calendly link, you leave this site and Calendly's own privacy policy applies. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking cookies. The site stores a single preference in your browser's local storage to remember your theme setting. It never leaves your device.
Data from the earlier Rejoice service
Before September 2026, Rejoice operated a creator pages product with accounts, published pages, and email subscriber lists. That product has been discontinued and its pages are no longer public. Data from that service is retained securely. If you had an account or were a subscriber and would like a copy of your data or its deletion, email us and we will handle it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. A person reads every request and we reply within two working days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and revise the date at the top of this page.
