Trust & Safety
Last updated July 2026
Rejoice exists to help Christian creators build a home for their work. That only holds together if creators, their audiences, and their data are protected. Here is how we think about that responsibility.
Your account
Sign-in is protected by industry-standard authentication. We recommend a unique password and using the magic-link option on shared devices. If you spot anything unusual, email us and we will lock the account while we investigate.
Your audience
Subscribers, followers, and buyers you gather on Rejoice belong to you. You can export your subscriber list at any time from Settings, and delete your account and its data on request. We never sell audience data to third parties.
Your data
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant partner, Rejoice never stores card numbers. Backups run on a rolling schedule so we can restore accounts after accidents.
Content standards
Public pages must comply with our Terms. We do not host content that promotes violence, exploits minors, or targets people for their identity or beliefs. Report a page by emailing trust@rejoice.global with the URL and a short description; we review reports within two business days.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email security@rejoice.global with steps to reproduce. We will acknowledge within one business day and keep you posted through the fix.
